Perhaps its a bit vane (after-all, its a picture of my dad holding me when I was just a baby) but I found this picture yesterday while uploading the pictures we used for his memorial collages at his funeral last year, and the honesty in the picture really hit me.

Which reminds me, in preventative anticipation of microsoft acquiring yahoo, I decided to install my own photo gallery software at http://photo.michaelmallon.net (also available by clicking the “Photo” link in the top menubar on the site here) and I have uploaded all the pictures from my dad’s memorial collages there.
