Nokia USA - Nokia E90 - Phones for business - Product

so after so much hoopla over the “iphone” it looks like it falls radically short of usability standards as an email device, so it will not be my next phone. Add to that the fact that i greatly enjoy my nokia n73 except have issues with its lack of a full qwerty keyboard and low memory, and i found the not-yet-readily-available in the united stated nokia e90 communicator.
Basically, nokia took the natural progression of their “communicator” series of devices, but switched to the far more usable s60 interface instead of the s80 interface, and added a respectable 3.2megapixel autofocus camera (capable of VGA 30fps video recording!), added internal integrated gps, bluetooth, wifi, a full keyboard, and a true widescreen display (800×352 compared to the lousy 320×480 iphone screen) and jammed all that into a small (albeit not small enough for many) though heavy package (around 200g).
hopefully it will enable me to not have to carry my laptop everywhere (please let it be so!)
here’s hoping it sees a wide-release in the u.s. sometime soon so the price will drop from current astronomically-high-import-pricing.Â
